Reinstating the traditional style of sash windows.
Edwardian bay fronted property where all the original timber sash windows had been replaced 20 yrs ago with inappropriate plastic casements.
The customer chose Box Clever Sash Windows because they knew we were the local specialists in period style windows, and wanted to reinstate traditional style sash windows as would have originally been on the house.
They employed Box Clever to handle the Planning Application and to deal with the local Authority. Planning permission was granted to fit new "Bygone Symphony" PVCu sash windows to the front elevation.
New frames were fitted in June 2020 including all new traditional style internal timberwork. See the images below.
