Edwardian property in Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Original windows had been replaced with plastic frames

The original windows had been replaced with inappropriate "modern" plastic frames on this semi-detached Edwardian property in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. And the front door of the property was also a "new" style of double glazed door. Our customer wanted to restore the windows to the original period style and design of the front of the property. This would also bring the property back in line with the other period style properties in the road.

We showed the customer a range of options and are pleased that they decided to change the windows for the Bygone Symphony Range "timber alternative" frames with woodgrain finish and original styles. A fantastic choice.

Of course, with the high-quality windows looking authentic, it was only right to also change that front door. So, we fitted a beautifully stylish, light gray, composite, period-style door as well. It looks so much better.

What our customer said

The team were really great and got everything finished on Monday. We really love the new windows. Thank you.
