New Development of Townhouses in Sunningdale, Berkshire
Box Clever were contacted by a customer who was in the process of building 2 townhouses in Sunningdale, Berkshire.
In order to bring together the detailing present on the rest of the property, the windows needed to be as aesthetically traditional as possible, whilst incorporating modern features and efficiency required to meet building regulations.
To meet these criteria, the customer decided to use the Bygone Harmony UPVC sash window range. With a wealth of traditional style features such as fully butt jointed frames and sashes, run through horns and a deep bottom rail, they were a perfect fit for the style of the property.
Box Clever offered a flexible approach to installation, in a number of phases which were timed as conveniently as possible working alongside and around a number of other tradespeople on a busy site.
The customer was pleased with the service they received and went on to use Box Clever Sash Windows for subsequent projects.
