Period Farm House, Finchampstead
An alternative to expensive and higher maintence timber for a draughty, decaying, period farmhouse.
This is a period farmhouse where the windows were draughty, decaying and costing a significant £400 a month to heat the house.
The customer contacted Box Clever as they had heard of Bygone Collection uPVC sash windows. They wanted an alternative to very expensive and higher maintence timber and it was important that they didnt want to paint again.
They have chosen to replace half of the windows and doors for now, and plan to replace the remaining sash windows in 2022.
All the original windows were turquoise so an exact colour match was needed. Luckily, we could take a sample and ensure that the customer's new windows matched perfectly.
