Bygone Symphony Sash Windows, St Mary's, Oxford

A Victorian, end of terrace property in St Mary's area of Oxford

A Victorian, end of terrace property in St Mary's area, Oxford which had original single-glazed, timber sash windows.

The house was cold and needed work. However, the customer was keen to look at all the options and study the different possibilities. Should they refurbish their existing timber sash windows? Should the get new sash windows? And, if they get new, should they choose timber or could PVCu Sash Windows be acceptable?

Here at Box Clever, we like to work with our clients to make sure they are making the choices that are right for them. And, as our range is an award winning, conservation-area approved uPVC Sash Window product we were keen to help. So, the customer decided to do an initial trial and have the Bygone Symphony sash window range installed - but only at the rear of the property to start with. Just in case. A wise decision.

We were very glad they did, because the customer was so pleased with the work we carried out and the quality of the sash windows, that they carried on through and changed all the sash windows on their Oxford property.

Whilst we were there, we also fitted some flush casements to a new loft extension that they had previously had. All part of our service

What our customer said

We loved the initial work at the rear of the house so much, we decided to have Box Clever Sash Windows throughout.
